The plans are the same for every industry; what changes is what we protect and how we document it.

We serve small government contractors on the same plans. We do not pursue agency procurements, and we do not hold CMMC, FedRAMP, or StateRAMP certifications; contractors whose awards require them need a specialist, and we will say so.

Do you work with businesses outside these industries?
Yes. The industries above are where we have the most experience and where specific rules apply, but the plans fit any small or mid-sized business that runs on laptops, email, and cloud software. If your business is not listed, book a consultation and we will tell you in 30 minutes whether we are the right fit and which plan matches.
Do you serve clients outside Maryland?
Our offices are in Brookeville, Gaithersburg, and Frederick, and we serve Montgomery County, Frederick County, and Washington, DC in person. Clients with remote staff or a second location elsewhere are covered by the same plan, because monitoring, helpdesk, and security operate remotely; on-site work outside the DC area is scheduled and quoted.
Is the price the same for every industry?
Yes. EDG.tech Essentials is $45 per device per month and EDG.tech Complete is $100 per user per month regardless of industry. Industry-specific projects, such as a HIPAA risk analysis, an FTC Safeguards program, or a PCI network segmentation, are quoted per client environment once and then maintained inside the plan.
